About the Phone Sex Job Work Hours and Schedules
We are hiring phone sex operators who want to work full-time hours 40+ per week. You must work a minimum of 8 hours per day and a one-weekend shift on either a Saturday or Sunday.
About your Telephone
You must have a VERY reliable telephone. We DO accept RELIABLE cell phones with good sound quality and no signal issues. We encourage cordless phones if you have a landline so that you can be mobile during your shift. We suggest that an old-fashioned landline works the very best.
Other Equipment Required
You need to have a telephone line. You must have a home internet connection, computer, and have above-average computer skills. Having a tablet or iPad is also beneficial in addition to a computer or laptop.
About the Money
We pay 65 cents to a minute for Operators that work 40+ hours per week. Raises are based on performance, reliability, and hard work. We offer bonuses and pay bi-weekly by direct deposit to your checking account. You are considered an Independent Contractor and pay your own taxes. We pay for your talk time only.
Getting a Phone Sex Job with Us
- You must be a female and a United States citizen, we do not hire outside of the US.
- You must be 21 years or older to apply for a position with us. We do not hire in California or Oklahoma.
- You must be a great conversationalist and have a positive attitude.
- You will need to send us a photo of you HOLDING your driver’s license and social security card to verify your identity.
- You must have a checking account to be paid by direct deposits in your own name.
- You need to have a telephone line specifically for accepting telephone calls. This can be a cell phone as long as the sound quality is good.
- You must have a home internet connection, a desktop or laptop, and have average or above skills with a computer.
- You must be willing to work a minimum of 30-40+ hours or more. The more hours you can work the more money you are going to make.
- You must work a minimum of 5-8 hours per day and a one-weekend shift on either a Saturday or Sunday.
- You must be able to work and stick to a schedule that you choose on a long-term basis.
- You must like people; specifically men. You need to know how to talk and take the lead of a call as well as think fast.
- You need a good and flexible personality with the ability to talk to any other type of personality.
- You must be organized and take notes on all calls. This is a requirement and to your benefit.
- You must be hardworking, devoted, and interested in a team environment.
- You must be willing to do all taboo calls including extreme fantasies.
- You must hold our clients with respect and treat them well.
- You must be able to answer calls as they come in without fail. Missing calls is not acceptable.
- You must have a good healthy attitude toward policies and rules designed to help you make money.
